September 6 Brunch - Flying Star in Bernalillo |

THE PICK FOR SEPTEMBER 6 BRUNCH is the new FLYING STAR in Bernalillo. Was told they do not get busy until around lunch (11:00 AM), which works perfect for us. THE PLAN... they do not take reservations at this location so there is an elevated area (windows along the rear parking lot) with tables that may be pulled together without any problem. I will arrive at 9:30 AM September 6 to get space together in anticipation of everyone's arrival. So if people are desirous of driving to THE FLYING STAR in a caravan then everyone needs to meet at 9:00 AM in the University Mazda parking lot (Ellison & 25 - SW corner) as in the past. After waiting about ten minutes someone will need to volunteer to be the lead car for the drive to Bernalillo arriving at 10:00 AM at THE FLYING STAR. Will anticipate the usual number of 15-18, if more all the better. Upside... each person orders at the counter then they are given a number with food delivered to that individual's number. No separate checks necessary... simply make sure to place number given on table in front of you. |
