Thanks to everybody who attended the Breakfast this morning. It was a great turnout and a very enjoyable morning.

Marion Moll presented the Treasurer's Report. We currently have $671.19 in the bank. Marion moved $300 of this into a savings account so that it can earn some interest.

Marion then, as a club officer, asked for discussion regarding our current situation brought about by the resignation of our President. It was agreed that, even though we had a good turnout, it would not be fair to absent members to elect a new President today. (There was some discussion about actually electing an absent member!) Instead, an "Interim President" was selected (I volunteered) to serve for a month, at which time an election will be held.

The process is this: Nominations will be accepted until February 20. I will check with each nominee to be sure that they will accept the nomination. After that date the nominees will be announced. Voting will take place at the March Breakfast. For those who are unable to attend, a member will be selected to receive email ballots. Those ballots will be printed and brought to the meeting.

As "Interim President" I am very interested in any suggestions or comments as to the operation of the Club for the near future.
