Our drive for the month of July is to Pecos National Park on Saturday, July 17. Dave and Sue Kisner will be leading the trip.
We will leave from Smith's Grocery parking lot on Tramway and Central at 9:45 AM, go through Tijeras via Old Rt. 66, and go north to Santa Fe in the Turquoise Trail (NM 14). Lunch will be at Copa de Oro in El Dorado at about 11:15. After lunch, we will visit the Pecos National Historic Park just south of the town of Pecos.
The entrance fee for the park is $3, and National Park and National Recreation Area passes are accepted.
We will need a headcount for the restaurant, so please RSVP directly to Dave Kisner. See you then! |
